AM80xx |同步伺服电机
AM8000系列代表了“德国制造”坚固耐用的高性能同步伺服电机。七个法兰代码,最多四个总长,覆盖从0.2到129 Nm的宽转矩范围。
AM8000电机具有较低的转子转动惯量和极高的过载能力。基于这些技术特征,可以实现最高度的动态应用。
AM8000电机的绕组采用凸极绕制技术实现,因此具有很高的铜空间系数。由于高槽宽系数,可以实现高连续转矩。完全封装的定子提供了从绕组到外壳的理想热转换。另一个优点是绕组线受到振动的机械保护。
大小适中的密封沟槽球轴承与精密的机械设计相结合,确保轴承使用寿命达30,000小时。所有电机都具有集成的温度传感器,用于精确的温度评估
在强制冷却方式下,AM8000电机系列的功率密度可通过外部轴向通风进一步提高。此选项适用于AM806x至AM807x尺寸。

AM8000电机的模块化设计可以快速实现机械调整。客户特定的变体是可用的。这些电机提供了一个电子铭牌,用于简单的调试。
外壳完全粉末涂层,以便切割边缘被覆盖。丙烯酸粉末涂料还具有很高的耐划伤性和耐腐蚀性。在基本版本中,AM8000电机具有IP 54保护外壳。对于恶劣的环境条件,轴通孔可选配FPM密封圈(含氟聚合物橡胶),使整个电机的防护等级为IP 65。
